The AGRIntelligence Specialist is responsible for supporting the branch location sales team with AI products and services including delivering, communicating and presenting these products and services to customers with the assistance of Helena's sales team. This position also trains and assists the support team in implementing precision information technologies, reviewing and performing the necessary quality control on AGRIntelligence products created for customers.
This role oversees the AGRIntelligence Technicians at the branch locations.

This group focuses exclusively on creating new and innovative technologies to boost yields and leave a lasting impact on farms for generations to come.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE- Conduct field data collection such as soil sampling, Electrical Conductivity (EC) data collection, yield monitoring and other tasks related to information management services.
- Research and evaluate new digital farming and information management services along with other technologies.
- Review and perform quality control on AGRIntelligence products created for customers.
- Assist the sales team with the positioning and selling of AGRIntelligence products and services by allowing the Sales Representatives to lead and manage the customer account.
- Ensure that AGRIntelligence products and services meet company standards and requirements.
- Communicate and interact with the Branch Manager, sales team, AGRIntelligence field support team and other AGRIntelligence team members on a regular basis to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Ensure that work and follow-up has been completed on all the AGRIntelligence offerings that Helena has sold.
- Provide technical training and support to the Helena team and customers who are utilizing AGRIntelligence branded products/services, AGRIntelligence 360 or other related products/services.
- Facilitate communication between connected devices and the AGRIntelligence 360 system.
- Serve as the primary source of all AGRIntelligence field work such as soil sampling, tissue sampling, EC data collection work, setting field boundaries, etc.
- Work as the liaison between the branch, AGRIntelligence Agronomist and AGRIntelligence Product Manager in all matters related to AGRIntelligence services.
- Assist the branch in all service-related sales including seed treating and other services.
- Perform and facilitate teaching activities on the use of AGRIntelligence 360 and other agronomy related field and office software.
- Perform analysis on field data to determine field management strategies and make field and crop recommendations based on the results.
- Train and assist location team on AGRIntelligence products/services including gathering soil samples using GIS technology and training in the use of electrical conductivity equipment (i.e. Veris, Dualem, EM38) and other telemetry systems and software.
- Serve as the key contact and liaison for hardware and software issues, including providing troubleshooting assistance to the locations and farmers in the operation of precision agriculture hardware and other hardware components.
- Ensure that all data collected through the functions of the job are safely and securely transferred to the Field Support Center for timely processing.
- Assist and support the installation of precision agriculture equipment such as VR hardware, yield monitors, telemetry hardware/software, computers and software at the locations, in the farmers' fields and in application equipment.
- Encourage thorough data collection among users and customers of AGRIntelligence systems in order to be prepared for future opportunities and offerings.
- Communicate market intelligence and competitive threats to BU leadership.
- May manage others, currently or in the future, based on customer demands for AGRIntelligence services.
- Required to drive a company vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
