About the Role
Your Home Improvement Company is hiring Lead Generators for events, fairs, and festivals. You'll set up and run a promotional booth, promote our home improvement, design, and remodeling services to homeowners, and enjoy the event atmosphere. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Target Candidates- A retiree or current employee looking to supplement their income
- A career‑oriented individual looking to build their resume
- College students or stay‑at‑home parents
- Someone looking for something fun and rewarding
- Set up, run, and tear down a booth at vendors, music, food, and fun events
- Engage with homeowners to build valuable connections
- Travel to local events; non‑local travel reimbursed
- Earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (non‑local travel reimbursed)
- Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality
- Open weekend availability
- 18 years or older
$20 per hour plus bonuses; opportunity for advancement.
Work DetailsPart‑time. Expected hours: 20–30 per week. Schedule depends on events and may include evenings and weekends.
LocationIn person at various event venues throughout the region.
