The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through management of expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage.
• Manage and develop the store team.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control.

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
