Job Overview
Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers. The role requires strong leadership to ensure staff and customers receive the best service and quality pizza delivery. The position offers a flexible work environment and long‑term career growth.
Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations, including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example for staff and enforce all policy and procedure 100% of the time.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and profitability to meet store standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to standards for a perfect image.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and process cash accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods; lifting up to 50 pounds; repetitive hand coordination and reaching; ability to drive and deliver pizzas within a designated area.
Additional InformationEmployees must perform routine tasks such as stocking ingredients, cleaning equipment, and handling customer orders both over the phone and in person. The role requires teamwork, the ability to meet strict quality control standards, and the capability to analyze data and make sound judgments.
