Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0171) s role focuses on guest experience, visual merchandising, and store operations to support sales and provide an inviting shopping environment.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws (including alcohol-related laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.
• Conclude interactions with thanks and appreciation for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as needed for Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the full shift; shift length may vary.
