Home & Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in Billings, MT. • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Montana
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in geriatric care or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elder care best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Pay: $90,000 per year starting salary
