American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Montana, requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active MT or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
- 13-week contract
- Med/Surg unit in a regional hospital setting
- Epic EMR used for charting
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for Med/Surg patients
- Health teaching, counseling, reviewing treatment plans, and documenting per hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible for a travel assignment
- Active MT or compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to assignment start
- ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit
- Epic EMR experience
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
