5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

• 36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Point Click Care  is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Sunrise is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Strong experience in trauma, general, neuro, ortho, vascular, or thoracic. Night shift RNs must have experience in all service lines and be able to do any and all cases that come to the OR. Must be very strong in Ortho, all neuro (spine and head), General, Trauma with the ability to do or be able to do cases independently in other services such as Uro, Gyn, GYN-Onc, ENT, robotics, etc.

Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System (HARD STOP).

Experience with:
General OR, Trauma, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Scrub General Surgery, ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), Anterior cervical fusion, Cervical fusions, Craniotomy, Insertion of VP shunt, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion), Scrub Neurology surgery, Eye trauma, Scrub orthopedic surgeries, Abdominoplasty, Breast augmentation, Free Flap - Microvascular, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft.

Community Hospital experience.

Limited call, may have one weekend of call per month depending on shifts scheduled. One weekend shift per month. Ability to step in as a Charge Nurse as needed, being the only nurse in house with call for back up.

7 days maximum time off.

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
