SchedulePotential fulltime shifts vary from four 10‑hour shifts or three 12‑hour shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. In‑center RN shifts have Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Rotating call may be required in hospital services after orientation.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range depends on nursing experience.

- DCI provides a 3‑month education program, including classroom sessions, job shadowing and one‑on‑one training.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assess changes and communicate with physician and families.
- Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, with documentation.
- Administer and chart prescribed medications under RN supervision.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Contribute to training new staff members as directed.
- Additional tasks as requested.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Accredited nursing degree required.
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
