Potential fulltime shifts vary from four 10‑hour shifts or three 12‑hour shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. In‑center RN shifts have Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Rotating call may be required in hospital services after orientation.

Pay range depends on nursing experience.

• DCI provides a 3‑month education program, including classroom sessions, job shadowing and one‑on‑one training.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assess changes and communicate with physician and families.
• Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, with documentation.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications under RN supervision.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Contribute to training new staff members as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to collaborate with care teams.
• Ability to problem solve.

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
