About this role

As a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in our Neuroscience Center, youll work collaboratively with 3 Neurologist and 1 additional APP, to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other specialties, and you'll have excellent support staff and onsite resources readily available.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other specialists to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system across the organization.
  • Be part of a well-respected, established group of providers and benefit from mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
  • Support a hospital setting described as a Level 1 Trauma Center with a Certified Stroke Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI; OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What you’ll bring
  • An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license by the MT State Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
  • Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
  • Passion for Neurology.
