• Patient Focus and Care Plans in an acute rehab setting

• MT/compact RN license
• BLS certification
• 2 years recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting

13 weeks

Start time ranges from 7am to 9am. End time is 8 hours after the start with a 30 min lunch period. Every other weekend.
