Travel​/RN – ER Charge

Role Overview

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate ER Charge Nurse for a travel assignment near Harlowton, Montana. This role is primarily based in the Emergency Room, with occasional coverage in the Swing Bed/Transitional Care unit as needed. • Lead and oversee nursing care in the Emergency Room, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical practice.
• Serve as Charge Nurse, providing leadership, support, and guidance to the ER team.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in the ER and occasionally in the Swing Bed/Transitional Care unit.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, implementing timely interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

• Licensure:
  Active Montana RN license or eligibility through a compact state.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (required), ACLS & PALS (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with preference for ER/Acute Care.
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication abilities; adaptability to cover Swing Bed/Transitional Care.
