Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long‑term care unit. The position focuses on ensuring the highest quality of resident care while supporting staff and forging a positive reputation in the community.

$46.00/hr – $46.00/hr

Day shift and night shift

• Provide comprehensive registered nurse care for long‑term care residents.
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed.
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep the team informed of changes in patient status.
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care.
• Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in the provision of emergency care.

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by Montana.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
