Our dual mission includes both long-term acute care and comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation program includes Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), tailored to each patient’s unique goals for recovery.
With all private rooms and a highly skilled team—including physicians, ICU/critical care nurses and respiratory therapists, —we deliver individualized, compassionate care that supports both medical stability and functional progress. Advanced Care Hospital of Montana is Joint Commission accredited and nationally recognized for quality care. We proudly serve patients and families from across Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota, offering a healing environment where progress is measured not just in milestones—but in moments of regained independence.
