Shift: Day

Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)

Hours per Pay Period: 80 hours every two weeks (Exempt)

Starting Wage DOE: $38.96 - 48.71

The Clinical Coordinator assists leadership in managing the department, supervising staff, coordinating clinical activities, and ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities include personnel management, process improvement, policy development, and collaboration with medical staff.

• Supports organizational mission, values, and safety standards.
• Leads daily operations and improves patient, provider, and staff satisfaction.
• Collaborates on process improvements and safety initiatives.
• Assists in recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development of staff.
• Coordinates staff schedules, manages patient flow, and supports clinical operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Acts as liaison among departments and supports communication.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing or respiratory therapy program; BSN or equivalent preferred.

Licenses: Current Montana RN or Respiratory Therapist license; CPR certification required.
