Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for creation, implementation, management and monitoring of intermediate Portfolio Management programs. These programs are designed to achieve assigned targets related to Special Installment Products and Portfolio Action.
The jobholder should have adequate analytical skills to see portfolio segment trends which will be a basis for most Portfolio Action Initiatives. S/he is in charge of ensuring that performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Help achieve the overall key performance indicators related but not limited to Special Installments and Portfolio Management.
- Help manage portfolio-specific KPIs such as:
Billings and Installment Revenue. - Conceptualize, create, implement, manage and track assigned intermediate marketing initiatives relevant to Special Installment Products and Portfolio Management.
- Suggest ideas on conceptualization/creation of marketing initiatives based on portfolio analytical data
- Identifying pertinent data MI required and recommending action based on the data to improve Metrobank credit cards’ portfolio KPIs
- Oversee implementation and management of initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all implemented initiatives
- Support negotiations with third party marketing vendors accredited by Metrobank to do various communication materials designed to promote and endorse both above/below-the-line marketing.
- Coordinate with vendors on production of marketing collaterals applicable to owned program/s
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of various portfolio-related programs
- Justify assigned programs, ensuring they are within the parameters of accurate financial and risk models and manage costs based on approved budgets.
- Develop and enhance end-to-end processes of initiatives related to Special Installment Products and Portfolio Management.
- Perform projects/responsibilities/special tasks that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, e-Champ, etc.)
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course.
- Has at least 3 years solid experience in Marketing and/or Business Development or Business Analytics, in an officer/managerial level
- Has broad understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
- Possess strong inter-personal skills
- Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
