** We are hiring - Client Advisor Supervisor – Nights – Alpha
**** Starting Wage**
* ** Salary**:
The starting salary for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
* ** Differential**: 8% shift differential for overnights position.
** Job Type**
* ** Full-Time, Non-Exempt
**** Schedule**
* ** Standard Hours**:
Over-Nights – can be discussed as 4-10s or 5-8s, based on scheduling needs.
* Flexibility with availability and days off required.
** Training**
* ** Orientation**:
Alternatives provides thorough orientation and training for all new staff. You can expect a one-week orientation, where you will learn all about Alternatives and be prepared for your role. This first week is scheduled from 9 AM to 5 PM at our Alternatives Training Center.
* ** Training week**:
Following orientation, you will undergo a one-week training period to be prepared for your new position, this will continue the 9am-5pm schedule. After concluding your first two weeks, you will the move into your offered schedule.

**** To be a successful Client Advisor Supervisor, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
*** Experience in corrections, law enforcement, and/or social services, with a background in supervising employees.
* ** Education**:
High School Diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).
* ** Licensing**:
Valid driver’s license.
* ** Compliance**:
Ability to pass a federal drug screening and background check.
** What You Will Do in This Position:
** As a Client Advisor Supervisor, you will oversee operations functions during your assigned shift. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
** Responsibilities:
*** Lead and direct employees during assigned shifts.
* Oversee all areas of the security department.
* Assist the Operations Supervisor and serve as a backup when necessary.
* Guiding and training employees.
* Facilitating staff development.
* Administering disciplinary actions as needed.
* Ensuring all required security functions are completed within specified time frames.
* Upholding SOPs and policies at all times.
* Attending and leading meetings as assigned.
