Maintenance: manage work orders and adhere to preventative maintenance schedule;
Duties may include shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, light electrical work, light plumbing, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking;
Inventory: maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools;
Housekeeping: prep rooms for housekeepers, remove linens and trash, move furniture;
Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security of guests
