The Service Coordinator will be responsible for initial contact with the customer. The duties will include checking units in/out of the shop for requested repairs; updating customers on the progress of repairs; scheduling customer repairs for in-shop and field. This individual will be opening repair orders and adding Tasks for separate repairs; assigning service technicians to the repair order; assisting in the parts procurement process for the repair.

A fluent mechanical background in the OTR trucks/Equipment industry will be useful in performing the “day to day” duties essential for successful teamwork. Service technicians that are looking for a change are highly encouraged to apply; technical experience along with interpersonal skills will be taken into consideration when establishing wage. Exceptional communication skills: verbal, writing, computer are important assets. A CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL would be a great tool to possess.
