Description
Hall & Evans, LLC, is searching for an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Bilings team. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in defending civil litigation cases.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days working remotely from home and 3 days in our Missoula office.
Requirements- Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana, required;
- A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Exceptional research and writing skills;
- Interest in marketing and client development;
- Ability to travel, required;
- Trial experience, preferred.
