• Soak, pre-wash and wash all food & beverage operating equipment according to the standards set by the chief steward.
• Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state, reporting any apparent defect to supervisor.
• Keep dishwashing ware and all cleaning equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and working area are kept clean and in good working condition.
• Has a complete understanding of, and adheres to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

• Secondary school education or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.
• Vocational / technical certification from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include familiar with food and hygiene codes, and various hotel systems including operation knowledge of dish washing machine.
• Fluent in French or English.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required.
