Overview
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services for offenders.
Responsibilities- Administer screening, develop treatment and education plans, and ensure quality assurance and proper referrals.
- Facilitate group and individual counseling, assist with program evaluation, and support smooth after-care transitions.
- Contribute to policy development, staff training, and record management.
- Must have a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).
- Preferred experience includes correctional settings, therapeutic community models, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
Offerings include competitive pay ($25-$30/hr), benefits, flexible schedule, and relocation to Lewistown, MT. Must complete annual training and work in a climate-controlled, in-person environment.
