AWARE SDMI Case Managers earn $20.00-$22.19 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to adults with severe and disabling mental illnesses as defined by the State of Montana.
  • Case management services will be provided to assist these persons in gaining access to the following:
  • Medical Services, Social Services, Educational Services, Vocational Services, Recreational Services
Requirements

Talents, skills, and abilities:

  • Ability to, under AWARE’s Unconditional Care Philosophy, develop and implement individual treatment plans with the knowledge of behavioral, clinical, and mental health interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of assigned clients.
  • Must have interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn behavioral, clinical, and mental health care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.
  • A BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct work experience.
