We invite you to join our team as a residential night watch technician. The night watch shift is scheduled late evening hours and into the morning. The support we provide helps adults, children, and families become active and vital members of their community while focusing on personal growth. We are a compassionate and fully engaged team dedicated to providing the best possible care to our clients.

• While under direct supervision of the designated supervisor, perform routine duties for the protection, care, and supervision of adolescents.
• Administer assessment instruments and assist in the development of training programs for people with mental health disabilities, with the goal of achieving maximum independence.
• Focus on assisting in training programs that center on basic living skills, independent living skills, vocational skills, and academic skills, utilizing AWARE's Wraparound philosophy.

• Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance‑based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
• Interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn resident care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with past employment experience.
• A valid Montana Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one, and an acceptable driving record.
• An acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
