We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hamilton, MT.
- Provide mental health and substance use disorder services within a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
- Collaborate with medical providers to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care.
- Serve underserved and diverse populations, making a meaningful impact on community wellness.
- Require Montana licensure (LCPC and LAC), with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience and the ability to work in person in Hamilton, MT.
