Job SummaryProvides clinical services to inmates, including comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy, emergency evaluations, and case file management, ensuring a trauma‑informed approach to inmate rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic determinations.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, addressing mental and emotional health challenges.
- Perform emergency evaluations and management for acute psychiatric situations.
- Observe inmates to identify abnormal physical or mental behavior and intervene as necessary.
- Maintain accurate case files and treatment records for inmates under care.
- Provide clinical consultations to correctional staff and fatig. colleagues as required.
- Master’s degree in authoritative social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Minimum one (1) year of job‑related experience.
- Must hold, or be able to obtain within one year of hire, a valid Montana LCSW or LCPC license.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

$36.05 – $38 per hour
