The Springs at Grand Park is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator

Job Description

As an RSC in our community, you function as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff regarding care needs. The RSC must be an excellent communicator as they need to ensure all parties are appropriately informed. You will work closely with the community's RN and Administrator to ensure accuracy of care for our treasured residents. Responsibilities include monitoring alert charting and communication logs, assuring Health Services employees are properly informed of changes in care with up-to-date care plans and communications, and supporting med room systems, including reviewing doctors' orders.

Other responsibilities include overseeing resident care, including creating the health services employee schedule, providing team leadership, and offering on-call staffing support.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Medication Technician, or Resident Services Coordinator in senior living
  • Hands‑on experience supporting resident care in Assisted Living or a similar setting
  • Understanding of care workflows, documentation, and team communication
  • Ability to work comfortably with electronic health records and care management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, compassionate communication skills with residents, caregivers, and leadership
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening
