As a wealth management trainee on our team, you'll work one-on-one with clients to create personalized financial solutions, while building meaningful relationships and a career you’re proud of.

No finance background? No problem—no experience needed. Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a big plus!

• Work one-on-one with clients to develop personalized financial solutions.
• Assist clients in preparing for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, including providing coursework and support.
• Help clients complete Life & Health coursework and obtain necessary licensing.
• Leverage training and mentorship programs to advance into wealth management and sales leadership.
• Generate commissions and bonuses through client service and sales activities.

• No finance background required; sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus.
• Must reside in the state of the position and have access to a vehicle.
• Willing to complete Life & Health coursework and obtain SIE® certification.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
