- Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
- Use environmental expertise to assess regulatory programs related to air, water, waste, and chemicals
- Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
- Collaborate with the audit program manager and subject matter experts to enhance audit protocols
- Evaluate compliance through documentation review, interviews, and on-site verification
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
- Experience in analyzing large data sets and using tools such as pivot tables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
- 7+ years of environmental experience
- Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet audit deadlines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
