Electrical Engineer Project Manager

AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, LLC) is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical power systems on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Montana.

• Lead design and delivery of electrical power systems for treatment, distribution, and facility projects.
• Provide professional electrical engineering services including planning, studies, design, bidding, and construction administration.
• Manage project performance and maintain budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, quality control, and client relationship development.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of electrical system design experience in water/wastewater, power distribution, lighting, or related industrial facility areas.
• Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel for project and client responsibilities.
• Completion of pre-employment onboarding requirements.

• 7+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment.
• Renewable energy experience.
• Instrumentation and control systems knowledge.
• Substation design and medium voltage experience.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of project financials.

• Ability to walk up to 3 miles on uneven terrain and stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.
• Occasional lifting up to 20–50 pounds.
• May require wearing PPE and occasional evenings/weekends.
