Seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide hands-on clinical care and medical leadership in skilled nursing facilities. This role blends patient care with oversight responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients in skilled nursing settings
- Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
- Prescribe medications and therapies; coordinate referrals
- Serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities
- Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- MD, DO, or MBBS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM, FM, or related specialty)
- Active or eligible Montana medical license
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
