Multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team Must be proficient with transplants, LVADS and temporary mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo and ECMOAbility to perform right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies, Cardio

MEMS, Pulmonary hypertension and Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) a plus Recognized for providing high quality, comprehensive HF care and advanced HF therapies

Care for full spectrum of HF patients on the inpatient HF service and in high volume outpatient clinics

Lead outpatient specialty clinics including: LVADs and Transplants, Cardiomyopathies involving HOCM, Amyloidosis and Rare Cardiac Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension Work with APPs experienced in Cardiology and HF care Three years plus post fellowship preferred but graduating fellows welcome to apply
