Elite Dental Center is a general dental office that sees patients with the doctor on Tuesdays and Thursdays currently. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in Billings, MT. The hours on Tuesday and Thursday (when the doctor is present and seeing patients) are roughly 7:45 AM–5:00 PM. Although patients are only seen by the dentist on Tuesday and Thursday, there is a hygienist who sees patients on Wednesdays, and the assistant can help with room setup, scheduling, sterilization, and cleaning on that day.

Mondays and Fridays also have opportunity for hours, with the assistant able to come in and do inventory, clean the office, setup for clinical days, do maintenance (e.g., sterilizer spore tests, water line tests, help with scheduling, see patients for denture adjustments, etc.). On clinical days, the Dental Assistant will support the other staff and the dentist in providing high-quality dental services to patients.

Responsibilities include assisting with dental procedures, sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, educating patients on oral care, and maintaining records and supplies. The role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Dental Assisting is a plus, but not required. on-site training will be offered.
  • Experience with sanitization and sterilization protocols and procedures are a plus but can be trained on the job.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability are the main traits that are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Focus on patient comfort and satisfaction is a major goal.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Pay range is $18-22 or possibly more for highly qualified applicants.
