We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to join our Healthcare Construction team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and challenging construction projects in the healthcare industry. Our ideal candidate is a driven professional with a track record of managing large-scale, ground up, and expansion projects. You will be working closely with our Project Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale healthcare construction projects.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project meets all specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Assist in risk management, including identifying, analyzing, and responding to potential risks.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input to improve project outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction.
• Proven experience in managing ground up, expansion, and large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is a plus.
