About the role

As an Advanced Team Member, you will play a key role in keeping our line running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working nights on a one week on, one week off pattern, you will lead by example on health and safety, hygiene and performance. You’ll support your colleagues day to day, coach others to build capability, and help drive continuous improvement on the line.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with people and taking pride in delivering great results as part of a team.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene and housekeeping, taking personal responsibility and confidently challenging unsafe or non-compliant behaviours

• Operating and maintaining equipment, including running multiple machines, carrying out strip downs, rebuilds, changeovers and shutdown activities

• Driving quality and compliance, completing and recording quality checks, following JOPs and Risk Assessments, and taking action when standards are not met

• Supporting reliability and performance, carrying out CILs, defect handling, supporting PPMs with Maintenance Leads or Engineers and following up actions

• Leading and supporting the team on shift, coordinating activities during minor breakdowns or abnormal conditions, delivering Sh-DDS, completing effective handovers and acting as an on-line trainer

• The ability to coordinate daily routines, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver the plan

• Great coaching and communication skills, supporting colleagues to work together to resolve issues and improve performance

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, managing planned stops, changeovers and workload effectively

• A willingness to learn and develop, including training across multiple disciplines within the Advanced Team Member role.
