As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant you will receive comprehensive training and progress into a senior role while supporting residents in their daily activities.

• Develop your skills and progress to a senior role
• Assist with daily activities of living & personal care
• Provide a warm, supportive environment for residents
• Assess, plan, deliver & evaluate personalised care
• Administer medication according to prescribed requirements
• Lead, supervise, support & develop the care team
• Communicate effectively with external professionals, residents & relatives
• Implement personalised care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Provide specialised care for residents living with dementia

• Previous experience in social care
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (mandatory)
• Compassionate, reliable and patient
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role, including undertaking a Level 3 qualification
