We’ll provide training and support to help you grow your career with us.
Role:
Assistant Hire Controller
- Provide first-class customer service.
- Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other necessary correspondence through the MCS-RM system.
- Handle enquiries and source new business.
- Record enquiries and their sources.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as required by your line manager.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including adherence to Health & Safety policies.
- Be aware of company KPI targets for the depot and assist in achieving and exceeding them.
- IT literate:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook - Numerate:
Strong with numbers and data - Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Capable of thriving under pressure in a busy role
