Sales Negotiator - Billericay, CM12

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client based in Billericay, CM12A. Leading, vibrant, professional, dynamic and very well respected estate agency are currently seeking to strengthen their already very successful team.

• Marketing and canvassing.
• Generating new instructions.
• Listing new instructions on Rightmove.
• Providing constructive feedback.
• Carrying out viewings.
• Registering applicants.
• Negotiating and taking offers.

• Must have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 18 months experience.
• Well-presented and have excellent customer service skills.
• Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
• Must be conversant in estate agency practice.
• Possess excellent marketing skills.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week.

Salary range will be: between £18,000pa to £20,000pa basic OTE of around £35,000pa.
