Working with a global market‑leading Blue Chip Manufacturing firm in the Stanford Le Hope area, the Shift Maintenance Electrician offers excellent opportunities for training and career development. The fully automated site rewards overtime at 1.5 and 2x pay, a competitive salary, and an annual KPI bonus.

• Salary – circa £60,000 per annum (including shift allowance)

• Provide plant‑wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs to ensure all production targets are maintained, keeping factory manufacturing machinery operational.
• Monitor and supply engineering support for machine set‑up and changeovers, ensuring products meet quality‑assurance standards and that changeovers are as efficient as possible.

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship, Electrical Engineering NVQ, BTEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above – Mechanical or Electrical, 18th Edition).
• High degree of health‑and‑safety awareness.
• Ability to fault‑find, repair, and provide solutions to problems.
