Offering job security and progression, this local business is dedicated to quality and personal service. The role will involve all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion including:

• Registered & unregistered
• Freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership
• Remortgages, transfers of equity & help to buy
• Land Registry applications

In addition to a very competitive salary the position offers an attractive benefits package which features a BONUS SCHEME for Fee Earners.
