We are currently seeking a Designer Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years' design experience to join a highly creative and fast-paced design team in Billericay. This role is ideal for a commercially minded designer who thrives in high-energy project environments and is confident taking ownership of projects from concept through to production.

• Design and develop display units and environments from concept to manufacture.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and design packs for production.
• Work with minimal supervision from the senior design team, confidently managing your own projects.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure designs are delivered accurately and on time.
• Apply strong practical knowledge of materials and construction methods to deliver high-quality, buildable designs.

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a professional design role.
• Proven experience designing with Woodwork / Joinery.
• Acrylics & Plastics.
• Metalwork.
• Vacuum Forming.
• Excellent understanding of how units and components are assembled and manufactured.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple fast-moving projects.
• Strong technical drawing and detailing ability.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with limited guidance.
