ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER
You will be part of a commercial team within a manufacturing environment, coordinating the interface between internal departments and a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers. You will be responsible for all commercial activities relating to your assigned customers and for developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including key customer decision-makers and influencers.
This position offers a valuable entry point into an Account Management function. A dynamic, customer-facing role that is integral to commercial success. As an Associate Account Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across the full customer lifecycle, supporting internal teams and external clients while developing core account management skills.
Main Responsibilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful approach when dealing with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating customer accounts within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
- From £27,000
- 37-hour working week (Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-13:30)
