Warehouse Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their dedicated team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Billerica, MA

Pay rate: $21.00

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform general warehouse support tasks including lifting and unpackaging solar panels (2 person lift) and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Support outside cleaning activities, such as maintaining the parking lot area and consolidating outdoor items.
• Move about the warehouse environment to complete various associated duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to engage in physical activity and move about the warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
