Siegel Ingredients is hiring a Full-Time CDL Class A Driver for a dedicated 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with 1:00 AM start times
. This role focuses primarily on deliveries to Long Island and the NYC metro area
, typically with only 1–2 stops per route
. Drivers may occasionally cover additional routes within New England as business needs require.

This is an overnight, safety-focused position ideal for experienced CDL drivers who want consistent hours, excellent hourly pay, and fewer workdays per week.

• Safely operate a tractor trailer or straight truck on local and regional routes in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

• Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Verify freight accuracy by reviewing invoices and performing count checks

• Ensure freight is properly loaded, secured, and delivered according to schedule

• Unload products using hand trucks, lift gates, or other equipment and deliver items to designated customer storage areas

• Obtain delivery confirmations and customer signatures; collect payments when required

• Handle customer returns, damaged goods, and required documentation accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, trailer, and loading areas

• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and internal teams

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Valid CDL Class A license

• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years

• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)

• Ability to pass DOT physical, road test, drug screening, and background check

• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one

• Ability to safely lift and move freight typically ranging from 10–50 lbs
  , with occasional items up to 60–90 lbs

• High school diploma or GED

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4 days per week), overnight routes

• Start Time: 1:00 AM

• Pay Range: $33.00–$40.00 per hour

• Occasional additional day may be required based on operational needs
