Airgas is hiring for a Local Delivery Driver (CDL

B) in Billerica, MA.

Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour. Monday - Friday day shift. Gain Share Bonus (Paid Quarterly). Safety Driver Bonus (Paid Quarterly).

• Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes.
• Collect empty cylinders from customers.
• Record transactions and obtain signatures.
• Address customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle loading/unloading.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle checks, noting issues and ensuring safety compliance.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain vehicle condition.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class B CDL.
• HAZMAT endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Successful completion of Airgas background and motor vehicle check.
• DOT clearinghouse verification from previous employers.
• Ability to routinely lift 25‑75 lbs., occasionally 76‑100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures.
• Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace.
• Adherence to safety regulations and policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Touch freight delivery experience.
