Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, General Labor

Tecta America New England, one of the largest and most respected roofing contractors in the north east is currently recruiting for a Crew Leader/Foreman at our Billerica location. The ideal candidate should be dependable and possess a strong work ethic. Position Objective This position is responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. This position manages projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, quality and production.

Job Functions
• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM Rubber, TPO and PVC Single Ply Membranes
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Direct, supervise and train employees

Position Requirements
• 3-5 years experience with various commercial roof systems
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Ability to train, supervise and develop employees
• Must be able to climb a ladder 40'
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, sub-zero cold, rain, snow)
• No fear of heights
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/job specifications
• Ability to operate various hand-held power tools
• Valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to and from office/job location
• Ability to work a regular schedule of Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed Additional Job Information
