Licensed Plumber

Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating is seeking a skilled and Licensed Plumber to join our team in Billerica, MA. This is a full-time position with a rotating on-call schedule. Pay:
We offer our Licensed Plumbers a competitive hourly wage of $40 to $55, depending on experience.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position that requires participation in an on-call rotation.

YOUR DAY

As our Licensed Plumber, you'll perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings. You'll use Service Titan to quote and invoice jobs, maintain detailed records, and communicate with customers and team members. Whether working on service calls or construction projects, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality plumbing solutions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid and current Massachusetts journeyman and/or master plumbing license
• 2+ years of field experience in plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of current code requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, along with experience in Service Titan or similar dispatch software, is preferred.
