The Employee Engagement Leader is responsible for supporting the employee connection, and overall workplace experience. This role partners closely with HR peers and cross‑functional teams to support engagement initiatives aligned to company values, business priorities, and culture goals.

This role blends strategy with execution, leveraging data, feedback, and organizational insights to create measurable improvements in the employee life cycle.

• Support a comprehensive employee life cycle strategy aligned to organizational goals
• Lead engagement surveys and analyze results
• Identify trends, themes, and actionable insights
• Partner with HR team to develop targeted action plans
• Track and report progress against engagement and retention metrics
• Support change management during periods of transformation
• Evaluate key employee lifecycle moments Partner with Talent/L&D, and HRBPs to enhance growth opportunities
• Support initiatives that improve workload balance and wellbeing
• Lead Talent recruitment cycle partnering with HRBPs and hiring manager and positive employee experience
• Partner with HRBPs to support positive onboarding, including streamlining orientation process and support with facilitation
• Support Culture initiatives

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or Recruiting

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into action
• Experience leading engagement surveys and action planning
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience in high‑growth, transformation, or post‑integration environments preferred
