Clear Bridge Technology Group is a national technology consulting, staffing, and services company operating across the Domestic U.S. Clear Bridge helps customers meet strategic technology, business, and staffing challenges with comprehensive service offerings that include professional services support, custom project teams, program and project management, and business analysis and strategy.

Due to consistent growth, Clear Bridge is in need of a Business Development Manager with experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies in the area of technology staffing and consulting services. The BDM position is critical to the success of our continued growth. BDM responsibilities include researching accounts and building relationships with technology & business leaders ranging from Managers through CXO’s. BDMs will utilize various techniques including cold calling, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, and other methods to build relationships and close business across Fortune 1000 accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a hunter, self‑starter, possess a high‑energy level and have experience penetrating complex corporate organizations. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. and utilize cold calling techniques to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience selling technology services
  • Prior high volume cold calling experience
  • Experience in technology staffing and consulting services; a strong background as a stock broker, insurance sales, or other sales role that requires high volume cold calling & relationship selling will suffice.
  • Relevant sales experience in a high volume inside/outside sales role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships with decision maker’s (i.e. CXO level, EVP, VP, Director, IT managers)
  • Ability to work cross functionally and utilize various resources (both internally & externally)
  • Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
  • College Degree (BS/BA)

The posted range is an estimate; the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will үйлдвэр internal equity.
